Battery and charging

Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the battery in any way. Unauthorised modifications can lead to malfunction, damage, or safety risks. If you notice any signs of damage, such as cracks, leaks, or unusual behaviour, stop using the battery immediately.

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) contains materials, components and substances that may be hazardous and present a risk to human health and the environment when waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is not handled correctly. Equipment marked with the below crossed-out wheeled bin is electrical and electronic equipment. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that waste electrical and electronic equipment should not be discarded together with unseparated household waste, but must be collected separately.

Compliance with Regulations

The underwater fishing camera has been tested and marked with the CE and FCC symbols, indicating compliance with relevant European and American regulatory standards. Ensure that you use the camera in accordance with the provided instructions to maintain compliance. Please note that failure to adhere to these guidelines may void the warranty and may result in injury or damage. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the safe and proper use of the Escape Cam, please consult the user manual or contact our customer support for assistance.

Warranty

The camera is covered by a two year guarantee. Should the camera malfunction during this period please go to www.westin-fishing.com and look under the Escape Cam tab for troubleshooting and claims. You need a valid receipt for the purchase to make a claim. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, accidents, or improper use of the camera.
