At an early age, Andreas Segers passion for fishing was already taking shape. Growing up in a family with a strong hunting tradition, the step toward fishing came naturally. The drive to be out in nature was always there, but for Andreas, it was fishing that truly took hold and grew into something bigger. Highly competitive by nature, he quickly developed ambitions of one day pursuing angling at a professional, competitive level. Over the years, Andreas has refined his fishing across both shallow and deep waters, constantly adapting techniques to target the biggest predators. His results speak for themselves. He is a two-time winner of the Predator Tour and has also claimed victories in Sportfish Masters and Super Pike Open. Known by many as the “king” of lake Vänern, Andreas is a true pike magnet with an impressive number of big fish to his name. When he casts his lure, it’s never by chance, it’s always aimed at the biggest fish in the water.
