Tom Walker is born in 1991, has the sea in his veins. He has spent most of his life on the water, be in it fishing, on a surfboard, owning leisure boats or diving to explore what lies beneath. He picked up a fishing rod and caught his first fish over 30 years ago, on the river with his brother. His love for fishing grew into owning his own leisure boats out of Christchurch Quay from the age of 12. Over the years, he has obtained both experience and merit on different types of vessels in the Solent and working commercial jobs around the UK. He was the proud skipper of Manta Ray, a 12m catamaran, for 10 years. In November 2022 Tom bought his fifth boat, a Targa 25. With a strong ambition to run his own charter boat in an area he knows like the back of his hand, he created Trident Charters in 2023. Trident Charters is a family run business, with roles split between Tom and his partner Sammy. With coordinates under his belt, he has the experience to offer the best opportunities to get into the fish. Proudly specialising in Bass fishing, he also targets bream, plaice, mackerel and Bluefin Tuna. He is excited with the sponsorship from Westin and being able to test the new equipment and show customers the range of products.
