Terms and conditions of Sale and Delivery

 

The following terms of sale and delivery for Fairpoint Outdoors A/S (hereafter referred to as the company), applies to all orders, unless otherwise is agreed upon, in writing.

 

Ownership information

www.westin-fishing.com is owned and driven by Fairpoint Outdoors A/S (CVR no.: 27908780). 

 

Pricing

The company is entitled to make changes to all pricing, without further notice. Any prices quoted on the webshop, are retail prices including tax and other expenses.

 

Terms of payment

The company accepts payment with the following methods:
Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Paypal and Mobilepay.
Possible card fees will be imposed on the buyer.

 

The payment will not be withdrawn from your account, before the package is shipped.

 

Terms of Delivery

When ordering a package from Westin Fishing you will receive an email-receipt showing our receival of the order.
The order will not be a binding agreement of purchase before you have received an order confirmation including or invoice. In case your order is not in stock, you will receive an email regarding that, as soon as possible.

 

All orders will be shipped out from our stock warehouse, located in Denmark on the above shown address.
The shipping costs will vary depending on where the world the package is to be sent to.
When prepaying by credit card or similar, the exact shipping cost will be shown in the checkout-section before you complete your order.

 

The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

 

Returns

Items bought on www.westin-fishing.com may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day you received the package. If you wish to return your package, simply read and follow the instructions on letter included in your package or write a mail to info@westin-fishing.com with “returns” as topic. The items must be returned unused and with all the original tags and/or packaging. In case you do not have the return label at your availability anymore, you can simply download it by clicking here.

Westin-fishing do not refund shipping costs related to returned items unless the issue is related to defects or other warranty matters.

At Fairpoint Outdoors A/S, we comply with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation, which was effectuated May 25th, 2018. The new legislation is securing the processing of your personal data, and your data is safe with Fairpoint.
